Open all year round from 7:45 am to 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday, children are observed to be happy and settle quickly, forming secure relationships with staff who know them well. The day nursery, rated as Good by Ofsted in June 2022, implements a curriculum based on children's interests, fostering curiosity and a love for learning, both indoors and outdoors. Leaders and the manager have worked to improve the quality of service since the previous inspection, with high ambitions for children's learning. The nursery has effective key-person systems, with staff working closely with parents to understand each child's routines, interests, and learning needs. There are good procedures in place to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and staff work closely with other professionals and parents to target help effectively, using additional funding well.
