The advice was to take advantage of the new government funding. We filled out all the relevant paper work and booked a day to visit.\n\nOn the day of my son's first visit we were told we couldn't have term time only. We would have to pay for the time he wasn't at nursery. Which was the opposite of what we were sold. Obviously this was infuriating.\n\nEmma proceeded to blame the government, but it wasn't the government who sold us term time only it was the Tilly mints staff!\n\nEmma accused us of being abusive and didn't take any responsibiliy for this error.\n\nEmma has now stated we're a risk to the nursery and cancelled my sons place in September.\n\nUnfortunately this place is let down by a very unprofessional childish manager.
