Staff keep communication open at all times and ask and respond to parent input to make the kids day as enjoyable as possible. Even coming through the door in the morning you may be greeted by a staff member who isn't in that child's room but they still know his name and greet him good morning! The outdoor play is also one of the biggest deciding factors as my son loves to be outdoors and they make an effort to have the kids experience the outdoors in various elements. They provide you with updates of the kids day including pictures via the app and you can communicate with the staff via the app too. Helen the manager is amazing as are the rest of the staff. My child is autistic and she has a lovely time there and comes home so happy with stickers for tidying up and going to the toilet etc. it's a lovely place.
