The staff really know what they are doing and deal with the transitions between rooms so well, communicate with parents daily on the door as well as doing parent consultations (in person or online) once a term which is a really nice way to see the setting and know how they are getting on. The nursery also do events each year where parents are invited in e.g. Diwali, sports day, even grandparents day.
