The dedicated and qualified staff offer a variety of services, including a nursery for babies from 5 months old, operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. They also run a holiday club during all school holidays (excluding Christmas/New Year and Bank Holidays) for children aged 3 to 11 years, and an after-school club during term-time for children aged 4 to 11 years. Kidzone is currently transitioning to Jurassic Childcare, effective from April 1st, 2026, under the leadership of Managing Director Sarka Andersonova. The centre is part of the larger Westbank Community Health and Care organisation, which provides a range of community support services. The café operates Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering a selection of cakes, biscuits, toasted sandwiches, daily specials, and both hot and cold drinks. They also host various community activities in the café.
