I feel like the staff genuinely likes my child and look after him, teaching him new things, helping with food. It's not necessarily the franchise, it's this particular nursery and people who work there, including good management, that makes it stand out. You see management supporting with looking after children during busy periods. Also, the Baby Room in Shirland has been revamped and looks very welcoming, much better than in some other nurseries.
