Staff plant tomatoes with children in the garden to teach them how things grow and go on bug hunts. Children also learn physical skills like climbing ladders and balancing on planks, and practise throwing and catching balls in group games. The manager plans to develop the outdoor area further to provide more exploratory opportunities for children.
