The staff are kind and caring, and quickly develop bonds with the children. As a parent, I want to know that my children feel safe and happy. Both my children have really good social skills from attending Wickersley nursery and the activities that the staff do with the children are excellent. The nursery uses the Family app so I can check on what they have eaten throughout the day and they also share development milestones and activity photos. This is always nice to see on my lunch break. The facilities are good too, including a lovely garden with plenty of outdoor play equipment. The current manager is also keen to bring in new equipment for different activities. If I have had an issue then this has been quickly addressed by the management team.
