Requests to discuss matters directly by phone were refused, and some of our emails were ignored entirely.\n\nDespite our efforts to remain collaborative (including enrolling our twins) the handling of our concerns left us feeling we had no option but to withdraw our daughter and cancel the twins reserved places. This was deeply disappointing, and very sad for us felling no other option to pull our Daughter out of an environment she had grown familiar with, we valued the nursery and the environment it provides for children.\n\nIt is important for prospective parents to understand that while the childcare itself is excellent, there are serious issues with how management communicates with families and handles legitimate concerns. Respectful and transparent communication from management is vital for parents to feel supported, and unfortunately, this was not our experience.\n\nWe hope the nursery reflects on this feedback to improve how parental queries are handled.
