The highly experienced managers provide insightful leadership, creating a well-researched and imaginative curriculum. Staff are exceptional at enriching children's communication skills, introducing new vocabulary based on their interests and experiences. The nursery is based on a farm, and children learn to care for others by feeding the lambs born there. Children are highly inquisitive, especially during their time in the exciting woodland area, where they search for insects and learn about their habitats. This outdoor play also encourages them to recognise and manage risks, for example, by working together on the rope swing or developing climbing skills on the wooden structure. Staff are vigilant, ensuring a safe and secure environment both indoors and out. The nursery makes precise plans to help children achieve key learning steps, particularly for those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), working closely with other early years professionals and utilising additional funding effectively. Children are well-behaved and considerate, learning positive attitudes and social skills. Their love of books and stories is strongly promoted through songs, rhymes, and daily routines, which also help children focus and develop their communication and well-being skills. Physical development and healthy lifestyles are also strongly encouraged through active play and nutritious meals.
