It has since expanded to operate five days a week from a purpose-built unit located on the grounds of Worthington Primary School. The pre-school benefits from a strong relationship with the primary school, allowing children to utilise the school's outdoor facilities in addition to their own dedicated garden space. As a registered charity overseen by a volunteer committee, many of whom are parents of current pre-schoolers, Worthington Pre-School prioritises providing affordable, high-quality care and education. This approach is designed to give children the best possible start in their educational journey. The pre-school is Ofsted regulated and received a 'Good' rating across all areas in its September 2024 inspection. Its core mission is to enable every child to reach their full potential within a safe and stimulating environment, working collaboratively with parents to support each child's learning and development. We strive to provide high quality affordable care and education so that our children get the best possible start in their educational life.
