Children at the nursery are observed to arrive happily and settle quickly, benefiting from the warm and positive relationships staff have established. Leaders have been actively working to enhance the curriculum and support staff through training and coaching since the last inspection, which has been appreciated by the team. While progress has been made to address weaknesses, the Ofsted report from 14/07/2025 notes that supervision arrangements are not yet fully embedded, leading to some inconsistencies in planning and teaching. The curriculum is developing, with staff becoming more confident in tracking children's progress and planning activities that support individual development, including those with cultural and religious relevance. Children also enjoy daily outdoor time, where they engage in physical play, skillfully riding bikes and balancing, as well as quieter activities like sand, water play, and mark-making, promoting coordination and individual interests. Leaders have also increased opportunities for children to use and hear English during daily routines, although further development is needed in this area.
