Even on the day of the graduation when parents where picking up their children to get them dressed up, they didn't even bother to ring me and question why he wasn't being picked up to dress up. For such a big day for a 3 year old to felt left out no parent for his graduation, not dressed up for the event and no apology was so disgusting of them both managers Becky and Stacey for being so defensive amd lied to head office that they have phoned me to apologise when they never did. They habe my email why didnt they send me apology letter, the same wahy i send my complain it. Child paid over £1000 every 4 weeks for 2 years and then to be treated like that. He will for ever have that unhappy memory ,which can destroy a child self esteem.
