All My Friends Childcare Barnwood Nursery, located in Gloucester, GL2 0SF, provides comprehensive childcare services throughout the year, with closure only for Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year. The day nursery actively supports families in making childcare more affordable by accepting various government funding entitlements, including those for children from 9 months old, 2-year-olds, and 3- and 4-year-olds, covering both 15 and 30-hour schemes for eligible families.

Parents can utilise these funded hours within the day nursery's standard sessions, specifically between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and also have the option to pay for additional hours outside of these funded blocks. The nursery also facilitates the use of Tax-Free Childcare for extra sessions, meals, or wraparound care, and supports those eligible for Universal Credit Childcare.

The inclusive fees cover full-time, full-day, morning, afternoon, short day, and short morning sessions, with a private hourly rate for additional care. The dedicated and highly qualified team, all Enhanced DBS checked and Level 3 paediatric first aiders, are trained to provide individual support, including safeguarding and SEN coordination, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

The nursery offers flexible attendance patterns to accommodate working parents and allows parents to stretch their funding across 50 weeks of the year to evenly distribute costs. A limited number of term-time only spaces are also available.

No registration fee is required for parents opting for fully funded attendance, and a 10% sibling discount is applied to the eldest child's fees.

SEND provision

Training has enhanced the support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff provide extra support for children with SEND and those who speak English as an additional language.

Outdoor space

Children benefit from time spent outside. They explore the inviting outdoor play spaces with confidence and independence. They develop physical agility as they run, balance on and jump off tree stumps safely, and use wheeled toy vehicles competently. They have great fun jumping in muddy puddles together.

Our daughter had the most amazing time at All My Friends. Couldn’t fault any of the staff and she always came home with a smile on her face. She also thoroughly enjoyed the food! She learnt so much from everyone there.

Fantastic Nursery. My daughter currently attends and she loves it. Highly qualified staff, who go above and beyond not only to ensure my daughter is safe and secure, but provide her with wonderful learning opportunities. As a mother leaving your child is one of the hardest things you can do and that is what All My Friends Childcare do exceptionally well, they care for the children's safety and well being. I can go to work and know my daughter will be well cared for and happy :)

All My Friends Childcare Barnwood Nursery, Gloucester I take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to the wonderful team at All My Friends for having done an exemplary Job of supporting , mentoring and nurturing our little boy since he stepped into their setting more than 3 years ago. We have seen our boy grow into a confident , well mannered , cultured and talkative individual ready to take on his next challenge. The team at All My Friends in Barnwood couldn’t have done any more than what they have. From impromptu sessions being fitted in to daily updates through the staff and via interactive channels we have felt included in our boys journey. As he moves on to his next school , we share a huge Thanks to @Julie Bishop , Jasmine , Naomi , Amy , Emma , Helen , Shauna , Christine , Sarah , Carol ,Alice , Joana , Poppy , Zoe , Stewart and lovely Kim. Thank you also to Karen for providing an engaging and progressive setting for all kids who come through your doors. Great nursery. Both of my children have attended there. My eldest is now in year 1 at school and doing great. A lot of that is down to the staff at the nursery in ensuring she was ready for school. My youngest will be going to school next year and I will be very sad that my children will no longer be a the nursery. They have a great staff team!
