The Early Years Group is dedicated to providing nurturing and enriching environments for young children, aiming to bridge the gap between home and formal education. Their philosophy centres on fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning through play-based activities.
The group operates six independent settings across Hampshire, each designed to meet core objectives while catering to the specific needs of its local community. With a focus on high-quality early years education, they employ over 70 staff members who are passionate about supporting children's development from infancy through to preschool.
The curriculum is built upon the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, emphasising learning through exploration, active participation, and creative thinking, both indoors and in outdoor spaces. They prioritise the development of communication, physical skills, and personal, social, and emotional growth, which then underpin literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design.
The group continuously develops initiatives to expand their capacity and meet the growing demand from local families.
