Inclusion & environment
The good provision that is made for both those pupils with learning difficulties and more able pupils means that all pupils achieve equally well.
The school's participation in the Forest Schools' initiative provides exciting opportunities for pupils to learn much about the world around them and to develop a deeper understanding of conservation and ecological issues. The excellent outdoor accommodation is used extensively and is a terrific learning resource.
This is a fantastic school and nursery. Ever since my girls have been coming here they have really enjoyed their experiences and are very settled here. All the staff are fantastic from senior leadership to the teachers to the after school club staff to the afterschool care all of them really. They are really approachable and answer any queries very promptly. They have also been really good to us and our girls since we have been there and we really see the difference in their positive development and a lot of this is down to the school.
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery, you won't find anything that can compare. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and professional. Their setting is second to none with their own farm shed full of animals including a baby cow, ponies, goats, sheep, chickens and a cat. They have a lovely allotment too and forest which they do forest school every week. Our little girl has thrived here. We also love the library which gives the kids excitement about borrowing books, with a brilliant collection for growing minds. Thankyou to all the staff there.
Read on GoogleTruly grateful for all the friendly faces and the kind staff who made the last 6 months easy for us. Cody started nursery in January, and i would like to thank each staff member especially his key person Beth for looking after him and making it so easy for us to trust them with our child. Beths organisational skills and caring personality make it hard to not trust her. From messy play, sleep, meals and walks, to inhaler and medication time, everything was taken care of! I must also mention Phoebe, who always has the biggest smile, we are so happy Cody has connected with his new key person too and we look forward to working with you! The nursery is so well equipped with everything a child needs to thrive with special additions such as farm animals! I have already recommended you and will continue to do so. Thank you, Chris & Xhoi
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been attending the nursery since February 2024 and has had an amazing experience she started in the baby room and settled so quickly, the staff were so responsive to her needs and as a first time mum who had rarely left her baby I felt very at ease leaving her with the staff knowing she was well cared for. She has since moved to the toddler room and has built a fantastic relationship with her key person but will settle easily with all of the staff as they are so attentive. Her development has come on so much all round, physically, communication and emotionally. I know she loves the days she spends there. The facilities are outstanding, they offer so much more than most nurseries in the area, soft play, sensory rooms, outdoor play facilities, animals and forest school just to name afew and the fees are really reasonable considering its all inclusive. I really like their focus on play and outdoor exploration and learning and can't wait to see how she progresses.
Read on GoogleOutstanding nursery! Our daughter has been here since September and she gets to experience so much here, we are really pleased we chose Ashbridge. The nursery provide daily updates through their app and we love seeing her enjoying herself and all the excellent activities they do with her. The staff are amazing and she has developed so much since starting here. The grounds are an added bonus - she particularly loves her forest days and visiting the donkeys! Highly recommend!
