What it's like to attend

Children love coming to this calm, inviting and spacious nursery. They are happy and well cared for by the nurturing staff. Children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), learn well. Children develop new knowledge because of the skilful help of staff.

Inspector highlights

  • The manager ensures that children develop the language, confidence and physical abilities that they need to flourish at the nursery.
  • Staff chat with children gently and supportively and recognise and acknowledge children's early attempts at words.
  • Staff sing songs and rhymes and read books frequently with children, helping them to remember book knowledge.
  • The manager and staff promptly and accurately identify children who may have SEND, and the manager has developed excellent working relationships with a range of professionals.
  • Staff provide a healthy diet for children and help them to be physically active.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), learn well. The manager and staff promptly and accurately identify children who may have SEND. The manager has developed excellent working relationships with a range of professionals to ensure that these children receive the help that they need. Children with SEND are fully included in activities and learn the curriculum well.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed children's learning of the curriculum, indoors and outdoors, and evaluated the impact this has on children's knowledge.

100% recommended, my son was there for two years and it was the best experience, the staff is very professional, the facilities are well-equipped, the manager demonstrates with her work her vocation for this role and the love for what she does, she has been a great help to us, my son has special needs and she was our support throughout this process, I couldn't be more grateful to them! We are going to miss them Xx
