We are extremely happy with Banana Moon Nursery and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff are absolutely wonderful!! caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From day one, they made my son feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. The activities are always engaging and creative, and we’ve seen such positive development in his confidence, social skills, and learning. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into planning each day. Communication with parents is excellent, and we’re always kept informed about daily activities. The environment is clean, bright, and very well organised. Thank you to the whole team at Banana Moon for everything you do – we truly appreciate it!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience we have had at Banana Moon Nursery! The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and always go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the children. My son has settled in very well thanks to the warm welcome from the team, and it’s been amazing to see his confidence, social skills, and curiosity grow each week. The communication with parents is excellent – we love getting updates, photos, and seeing all the creative activities they’ve been doing. The nursery is , well-organized, and clearly designed with children’s development in mind. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a high-quality early years setting!

My son has been attending this nursery now for a year now and he is enjoying his time there and has fit in so well with the other children. The nursery have great facilities for the kids; they have a nice outdoor area and big indoor space. I have the app which is updated with the things my son would get up to in the day including nappy changes and using the potty. The staff are super friendly and make a visible effort which is nice.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the phone call I had today with your nursery. I called to ask some very basic and essential questions about your sessions and charges — specifically the cost of lunch and whether you offer full-day, morning, or afternoon sessions. However, the person who answered the phone told me that they could not give me any of this information and that I must book a tour and come in person to “see how it is.” As a parent with two young children, this is simply not practical. I do not have the time or ability to visit every single nursery just to find out basic details that should be available over the phone or clearly stated on your website. Information such as: • whether lunch is included or not, • what the session options are (full day, morning, afternoon), • and any additional charges …are fundamental for parents when deciding which nurseries to consider. It is unreasonable to expect families to book tours before even knowing whether the nursery fits their schedule, needs, or budget. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. I kindly request that your team provides clear, accessible information regarding sessions, opening times, and meal charges, so parents can make informed decisions without unnecessary travel or pressure to attend a tour.

Banana Moon Day Nursery has been an incredible place for my son since he started attending in January 2024. From day one, the care, patience, and support he’s received have made a world of difference. He’s been adapting so well, and we’ve seen such wonderful progress in his development, confidence, and social skills. A special thank you to Ms. Nikki, who has been absolutely amazing. She’s not only a great teacher but also someone who truly understands and nurtures each child’s individual needs. Her dedication, warmth, and encouragement have played a huge role in helping my son feel comfortable and happy at nursery. We feel so grateful to have found such a caring and professional environment for our child. I can’t recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery—and Ms. Nikki—highly enough!
