We had a great experience with this nursery. It was hard for my son to adapt because it was his first time being away from me, but Bear Hugs welcomed him in a way that made me extremely grateful. Today he seems like a different child, his socialization and communication skills have improved and he is much more focused on activities and rules of behavior. The nursery staff was essential for this improvement to happen, they all have my respect, but I want to thank Queenie, Linda and Joanne for the wonderful work. Thank you very much!!!

Bear Hug Nursery is an excellent early learning experience for my 2 children with a dedicated staff, and safe environment, and good management. My first child started when she was 1 year old and was at Bear Hug Nursery until she finished the preschool room at age 4, she is now in Year 3 in a big school. Had my second child he started nursery at 10 months and still going. I am very happy with the key workers who have previously and currently taken care of my Daughter and Son. They are incredibly warm and loving towards both of my kids and have a great deal of patience when providing feedback and responding well to requests. Overall the Staff is very helpful and work as a team. I am happy to recommend this place for the children.

Bear Hugs is a beautiful, safe, equipped environment with efficiently trained and helpful staff. My child started before two, and I could return to work with peace of mind because she's been well looked after. I love the fact that they are flexible and hardly short-staffed. Plus, they always keep me updated. My child has learned so much so far.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support you’ve provided. From day one, the staff at bearhugs have been incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring not only my child’s well-being but also offering reassurance to me as a parent. The nurturing environment they create has made a remarkable difference in my child’s development. The team’s patience, kindness, and positive approach are evident in the joy and confidence my child brings home every day. I especially appreciate the regular communication updates, photos, and insights into my child’s activities and growth, which make me feel connected and included in their day-to-day experiences. Lastly the continuous support i receive from the team can't be measured as a lone parent raising two kids. Thanks to the bear hugs team for all you do for my two beautiful daughters.

I consider Bear Hugs a Home Away from Home for My Son. He Loves it there and absolutely Loves the Staff: especially those at the Sandy Hill Branch! Seeing my Son run into their arms to hug them when I drop him off let's me know that he's in Safe & in Good hands. They treat all kids with so much Love & Care and look out for them well. You can also tell from other Parents rapour when they pick up their kids. Thank you guys for being the best❣️
