Beaumont Pre-School, established in 1985, operates as a non-profit organisation managed by a parent committee. The preschool is dedicated to offering exceptional, affordable childcare and early education for children ranging from 3 months to 5 years old.
Housed in a historic building located on a quiet residential street, the setting provides both an enclosed courtyard and a fenced garden for outdoor play. The nursery is structured into two main areas: the Bumbles Room, which caters to infants and toddlers from 3 months to 3 years, and the Beehives Room, designed for preschool-aged children from 3 to 5 years.
Beaumont Pre-School emphasises a collaborative approach with families to create a secure, engaging, and joyful environment that supports each child's learning journey and promotes their individual development and knowledge growth.

Inclusion & environment
Staff provide good support to children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They are attentive to their needs, show kindness and warmth, and offer reassurance should children become unsettled. Leaders work alongside other professionals involved in children's care, to ensure continuity in children's on-going progress. They use additional funding well to benefit the specific needs of all individual children. All children, including those with SEND, make good progress.
Children build on their physical skills in the garden, practising with balls and developing core strength by climbing apparatus. Staff encourage age-appropriate risks, such as balancing and jumping off equipment. Leaders have made significant improvements to the outdoor play area, which has positively impacted opportunities for children to explore nature.
Fabulous Preschool. Lovely caring staff. Plenty of equipment to play with for the children. Would always recommend
