Belmont Day Nursery, inaugurated in October 2005 by the Mayor of Redbridge, is a highly regarded childcare provider for children aged three months to five years. The nursery prides itself on fostering a warm, supportive, and joyful atmosphere for all children.
Emphasising a strong partnership between home and nursery, Belmont aims to work closely with parents to ensure each child’s holistic development and learning journey. Registered with Ofsted, the nursery maintains high standards of care and education.
Belmont Day Nursery caters to both full-day care needs and also facilitates government-funded childcare places, including the 15-hour and 30-hour schemes, making quality early years education accessible to a wider range of families. The Nursery Manager is available to discuss individual childcare requirements and provide a glimpse into the daily life at the nursery.

Those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their families are very well supported.
Outdoor space
Children have daily opportunities for fresh air and exercise, as they play in the garden or go out for local walks. They develop good physical skills using large apparatus, slides and tricycles, and can revisit favourite indoor activities during outdoor play.
EAL / language support
Staff use children's home languages to communicate with them and use visual boards and activities to support those who speak English as an additional language.

Belmont day nursery have been brilliant for my daughter(1.5 years). She initially struggled to settle at another local nursery so I moved her here and within the space of 2 weeks she's settled so well; she walks in a waves me bye now. They are very attentive, supportive and welcoming. The nursery itself is also bright, spacious and equipped well. Thank you belmont day nursery.

We’re really happy with the care our daughter receives at Belmont Day Nursery. She enjoys going every day and always comes home cheerful. The staff are warm, patient, and genuinely caring. My daughter recently started at Belmont day nursery, and so far the staff have been really helpful and understanding with her settling in. Amazing Day Care!! I took my daughter out of reception in order to build her personality. The nursery has always accommodated to me. The office staff are brilliant and very understanding. Kamlesh is my daughter’s second mum- she’s always supported my child in ways I cannot explain. She’s helped build her confidence as well as her personality. The best decision I made was putting my daughter for two years in this nursery and I have no regrets. Thank you Belmont Day, for putting in the effort with all children and building personalities.
