How they support every child

SEND provision

Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is outstanding. The provider and staff team are meticulous in providing detailed reports and regularly liaise with parents and external agencies who may be involved with the child's care. This approach ensures that children make the very best progress.

Outdoor space

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the provider completed extensive work outdoors to provide a fantastic space for all the children to enjoy. A large wooden climbing structure, incorporating trees, is used as a base for children to bring their imaginations to life. A large outdoor pretend kitchen area encourages children to experiment with mixing items found in the garden.

I've had 2 children go to this nursery. My eldest has just left to go to school and he tells me he misses nursery. My youngest is still at nursery and enjoys it. All the staff are lovely and you really feel like they care deeply about each and every child. We get daily feedback on what they've been doing, eating and learning. Each week has a different learning topic and they do lots to spark the kids creativity. We would highly recommend Big Robins nursery.

The parents using it park everywhere, when they're not blocking pavements, they're chewing up the verges.
