To all parents, my son attended the nursery for around a year and half due to his old nursery closing suddenly. On June 20, 2025 I picked up my son around 18:15 Zoe handed me my son and told me she change his pants due to him having an accident with a little trickle on the front of his pants. I said okay. Parents when I got home and my son woke up I was shocked to see my son had burn marks on his bum. Then the nursery had the nerves to lie about it and that my son showed no discomfort. They were blaming a 4 year old child thay he said nothing. Made matters worse the nursery manager Chynna came to my house and admit that she was the one that give my son the icepack that burn his bum. The nursery wrote a report that my son came back to their setting another lie. I was trying to be amicable but when I read there lies I was in shocked and hurt as the most precious person to me they harmed. Parents as a parent to a parent avoid this nursery.

My daughter attended blossoms from the age of 2 when she received the 15 hours funding. She then started attending full time as she was comfortable and happy. She would come home speaking about her day at nursery, we was happy with her progress and her she was learning so quickly. I would highly recommend this nursery it is a home away from home. Each staff member shows their love and affection to the children. I was made at ease when my daughter started.

My children have attended blossoms since the the ages of 3 and have nothing but lovely things to remember my son is now 5 years old and still talks about all the staff there, my daughter is 4 years old and still asks to go back to nursery. We never had an issues and if we did management were on the case and dealt with it immediately. We have nothing bad to say about the nursery the staff are very well trained and very professional. Their dealings with the children is very much a home away from home, they listen to our childs needs and wants to answer them effectively. The manager is the glue that holds the setting together and supports all staff children and parents. If i have another child i wont need to think twice about sending my child/children to Blossoms

My son has attended this nursery for the past year and I have to say it the best nursery I looked at locally and my son loves going to nursery every day due to the staff Being attentive that make my son feel safe as he has Suffered with attachment issues The nursery have reassured him and he has grown immensely in this time in confidence. I’m very grateful for all the staff. My son has come on leaps and bounds. He could’ve gone to a mainstream school this year but I chose to keep him in this nursery. The The nursery does charge a small fee, which is Nothing for The for such a good service And all the extra things, my child ends up having as a benefit from a small fee Education is worth more than a little bit of money and know my son goes to nursery every day happy and learning it’s all I can ask for amazing nursery and I would recommend it to thank you for taking great care of my son

I went for a show around in August and was greeted by both management, both very friendly and kind my son took to them both very quickly. He has started pre starts and is starting with them in September. Myself and my wife have looked at a few nurseries for our son but this one just felt like a home away from home. All the team are friendly and welcoming. We look forward to the next journey of our little boys life at nursery.
