Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator works with key persons, parents and other professionals to put in place targeted support to meet children's individual needs. This includes identifying and setting appropriate targets that will help children achieve well. For example, they use visual aids and simple instructions to help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to make connections between words and actions, which supports their speech and language development.
Children are encouraged to climb and find different ways to move across the tyres in the garden. They learn to take care because risks may have consequences, such as slipping.
Couldn’t fault Bosworth wood at all, my daughter started here at 2 and still loves it at 4. The staff here are super friendly and my daughter talks about them all the time at home. The management team are also fab and make you feel at ease if any issues arise. Never had an issue, the nursery is way above my expectations. great nursery that helps the children thrive! 😊
Read on GoogleBosworth Wood Community Day Nursery is absolutely wonderful! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring that every child feels safe and happy. My son adores going there and comes home excited to share all the fun and learning he’s had. The activities are thoughtfully planned to help the children develop important skills while keeping them engaged. I’ve noticed such a positive change in his confidence and social abilities since starting. This nursery truly feels like a second home for him, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Read on GoogleMy daughter started this nursery the beginning of the year and I can honestly say it is the best nursery out there all the staff are amazing and well trained on many things such as baby led weaning and sign language, I was very nervous about leaving my 10 Month old to go back to work but all the staff at Bosworth wood are amazing my little one goes in every day with a big smile on her face and I barely get a wave goodbye! This as a first time mom puts my mind at complete ease and I am so thankful to Shannon and her team for this!!!
