Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Children's enthusiasm for the outdoor environment is infectious. They learn to grow, prepare and cook their own vegetables and to care for animals and the environment.
Family-owned nursery with wonderful staff and a warm family atmosphere. Our children are really happy here and love the outdoors learning in Forest School and visiting the farm.
Read on GoogleOur son has attended Bradley Barns full time for the last couple of years. His has thrived whilst being here. He especially loved transitioning to pre-school. The owners Vicky & Matt, manager Sarah & staff ( especially Rachel & farmer John who our son talks about all the time) go above and beyond and have been fantastic from the start. If your looking for a nursery that allows children to learn, spend lots time outdoors (and not just on a yard), teaches them about all different animals & who really care about them, then this is the place for you. We cannot recommend them enough & only wish we had found Bradley Barns for our two older boys. Thank you all for looking after our Reidy Roo he will miss you all so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Read on GoogleAn excellent setting with wonderful people! We loved it there from the moment the children started and we loved seeing how they developed into well rounded little people! Sarah, Vikki and Matt are extremely accommodating and understanding and they always helped us out when we needed it. All the people working there have got a special relation with the children, and both our little ones loved the practitioners they worked with. The rural setting and the forest school are fabulous for teaching the children about life cycles, planting your own food and responsible living. Children spend a lot of time outside and get stuck in loads of messy play and learning by exploring. We were very sad to move on but extremely happy to have had the privilege to spend nearly 4 fantastic years working together. If in doubt, Really recommend a visit. You’ll fall in love with the place !
Read on GoogleWhere do I start. Scarlett-leigh began her place in January 2017. I would recommend this nursery to absolutely anyone. It is an extremely clean and friendly setting all staff are very professional and put your child's needs first. Scarlett has developed and learnt so much whilst under Bradley barns care. All staff are very approachable and cater for all yours and child's needs. Scarlett always came home very happy and always wanting to go back. The food and snacks on offer to children are brilliant always trying something new and different. The management deserve lots of praise they have helped our family loads throughout our time there really cannot thank them enough. All in all 10 out 10 nursery couldn't recommend them enough. Scarlett will miss you all so much. Thank you.
Read on GoogleI honestly can't thank Bradley barns nursery enough for all they have done for my son whilst he attended nursery. There is always a fear when you leave your child for the first time but we knew from the day we visited and from the first day that we had nothing to worry about. Firstly the owners are two of the friendliest and kindest people you can ever meet. They know every child on a first name basis and they always remember you as parents. Then there is their incredible staff. Nothing is too much trouble for these people and every time we dropped off and collected our child they were always smiling and pleasent. Our son loved going here and always came home with new work that he had done and with amazing stories of the activities they had been upto on that day. His talking, writing and numeracy skills have come on massively but more importantly he made his first friends and despite him now starting school he still has the friends he made here. If you want somewhere safe, fun, friendly and with a truly family feel with great values, this really is the place for you and your children. I can't praise this place highly enough and I recommend you go see for yourself to find out why.
