The Deputy Manager was very approachable. She showed lots of kindness and empathy. She comes across as very skilled in communication and practical advice. She devoted her time to address our child's needs. She was brilliant. We say 'thank you' so much to Banstead Bright Horizons for also having other excellent staff as well. They are highly skilled.

My daughter goes here, and couldn’t be happier. The staff are attentive, polite, engaging, and have really helped with her development. Initially I was unsure as there is no chef on site, and it’s on the more expensive side compared to other local nurseries, but it is worth every penny. This nursery is the best decision we made for our daughter.

My son has attended Banstead Bright Horizons since February 2020 and the support in his development from the staff has been outstanding. He forms close bonds with his key workers and the staff really care about his development and needs to help him grow. The communication via the app is great and it's always a joy to see him enjoying his day. He recently moved into pre-school and the staff in that room helped ease his transition into a new room with more children seamlessly and he loves it. Looking forward to the final year with him at Wishing Willow.

My daughter currently attends the Preschool. She absolutely loves it there and has done since she started at 10 months old. Lovely staff, beautiful setting and good communication.
