My daughter started here in September 2024 and has been in two rooms now. From the day she started I have always felt that she was in safe hands as it's evident that the children's well-being is important to the staff. They are excellent and well loved by my child. Her development has come on leaps and bounds, constantly learning new words, songs and actions. There is always a wide range of activities set up throughout the day which is posted on the app to support their continued learning at home. Handovers are always very detailed and I couldn't be happier to send my daughter to this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for over a year now and has thrived. Although she is usually quite a shy child, she goes into nursery happy and chatty each time as she is made to feel so comfortable and happy there by the staff. My daughter suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy so sometimes uses a wheelchair and other equipment. The staff have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is properly cared for and included in every activity. As a mum of a child with a disability, I feel at ease dropping my daughter to nursery because I know she is great hands and has a great relationship with all of the staff memebers and children. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

I simply cannot rate Bright Horizons Turkey Mill highly enough – they are absolutely amazing! My son has been attending for over six months, and he’s not only thriving but also happily walks in every day with a big smile. It’s such a joy to pick up my happy little boy, knowing he’s in such caring hands with all the wonderful key workers. This experience has been a complete contrast to the nightmare I had with a childminder when I first returned to work after maternity leave. At that time, I had heard negative things about nurseries and didn't even consider them an option. After viewing several nurseries, none compared to this one! Yes, they might be a little more expensive than others, but in my opinion, it’s worth every penny. The care they provide is exceptional. They treat all the children with love and respect, and their approach to learning through play is outstanding. As parents, we get daily updates via the app, filled with photos and details of all the fun and creative activities the key workers have planned. They’re also open to suggestions and celebrate a wide variety of national days, creating a strong sense of community and fostering an inclusive environment. As a mom who is especially protective of my miracle baby, I feel completely confident and happy leaving my son in their care. Thank you to all the lovely ladies at Bright Horizons Turkey Mill – you all deserve so much recognition for the incredible work you do!

The absolute best nursery for my daughter to attend! She has been there since September 2024 and since she has been attending she come on leaps and bounds. The staff who work here cannot do enough for the children and will always go above and beyond for them. My daughter is so well looked after during the 2 days a week she does and absolutely loves going! To the point that half the time she will walk in without even saying goodbye. I cannot thank the staff at Turkey Mill for all of their hard work and cannot express how grateful myself and my partner are to know our daughter is at a nursery where she is treated so well and always has such a fun day! Thank you to every single member of staff x

I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool highly enough. They are supportive, encouraging and engaging with all of the children and support each child's individual development. During the last few months, whilst our daughter has been within the setting, she has developed more than we could have imagined. Her eating has improved leaps and bounds and her concentration with tasks has improved too. All the staff here are highly approachable and have a genuine care for the children here. There have been a couple of unavoidable changes to staffing in the rooms recently and they have been handled with care to ensure the children remain happy and confident. Thank you for being so caring, educational and professional!
