We have had a very positive experience over the years with both of our children attending this nursery. The staff is friendly and dedicated to ensuring a safe and happy place for our children to grow and learn. We are very happy with the current management and feel confident in the level of care our children are given.

While I fully understand that nurseries are lively places and that children will naturally make noise while playing, the level of screaming and crying from Bright Horizons throughout the day is extremely disruptive for nearby residents. The noise is often prolonged and unusually intense, making it very difficult to concentrate or work from home—even with windows closed. I appreciate the importance of outdoor play and early years education, but I do hope the nursery considers more active noise management or structured outdoor times to minimise disruption in what is otherwise a quiet residential area.

Wonderful nursery for our son, our favorite of the three our kids have been to in London. Kind teachers and staff.

My daughter settled in October 2019 and started in the baby room at this nursery in November 2019 at the age of 6.5 months old. As a first time mum , I am entirely comfortable with leaving my daughter in the care of the nurturing staff in the setting - the care from the staff in baby room is exceptional, she adores her key person and is always smiling on her arrival to nursery. At the same time as my daughter starting, the new manager joined the nursery and added wonderful changes to the nursery, we were offered a parents evening appointment which was very informative and gave us more of an insight as to our daughter's development at nursery, special occasions are celebrated throughout the nursery as a whole with all involved (we particularly enjoyed the dad's choir at Christmas). The nursery is a happy stimulating environment for the children and has a warm welcoming from everyone.

My baby started here at 6 months and loves it. He gets excited every time we arrive there and has fun during the day. Staff are lovely and welcoming. They have an app that they update during the day with pictures and information on what the baby has eaten, which is very reassuring. I’m happy I chose this nursery.
