Briston Community Nursery School provides a warm and nurturing environment for children aged 9 months to 5 years, operating from two locations: The Copeman Centre and Astley Primary School. Established in 2006, the nursery is dedicated to fostering an exceptional early years experience, emphasising learning through play both indoors and outdoors.
The facilities are thoughtfully divided into three age-specific areas: the Ladybird and Dragonfly rooms for infants up to approximately two years old, a playroom for two and three-year-olds, and a Preschool for three and four-year-olds preparing for primary education. Each area boasts access to outdoor spaces, including a large playground, woodland area, field, and a forest school area, promoting continuous indoor/outdoor play.
The nursery prides itself on its experienced and highly qualified team, all of whom undergo stringent background checks and continuous training in crucial areas such as safeguarding and first aid. A key person system ensures close collaboration with parents and carers, supporting each child's individual developmental journey.

My little one absolutely loved it there. Wonderful staff and small enough nursery for kids to feel confident and heard. Highly recommend it 🤗
