I was very alarmed when they informed me that my 9 month old was given a bowl of raw carrots and raisins as a snack. At that age, he only had four teeth, and both foods are well-known choking hazards for infants. We were so concerned by this lack of age appropriate care that we decided to take him out of the nursery that same day. I had expected more caution and understanding when it comes to feeding young children.

The staff and facilities at Brock House are both first class. We moved to the area when he was about 1y8mo and were worried about him settling somewhere new but we needn't have been - the staff in the baby room got him used to the new routine in no time and he's now excited to go in every morning and gives them big cuddles when he arrives. We like the gardens and outside spaces for the children to play in, as well as all the food being home cooked on site every day by the lovely Dawn. All in all very happy - thank you Brock House!

This nursery is outstanding, the staff are extremely warm and friendly. The first thing my son says on weekdays when he wakes up is 'can we go to nursery'! He absolutely loves his time at nursery. I cannot emphasise how much his learning has come on since he started. would recommend Brock house nursery to every parent

Both my girls (9 and 4) have been to Brock House Nursery/Junior school. The staff there are absolutely fantastic and their help and support have helped my children grow into kind, caring well mannered young ladies. If I was rating the staff only, then I would review them as 5 out of 5 Unfortunately the accounts team are shocking and ruined what should have been a great last day for my youngest ( they are quite happy to take your money but not refund you on time (30 hours free) or with the correct amount)

I can’t rate this nursery highly enough, my little granddaughter loves it there, is so happy and the staff and facilities are second to none. They always keep them well occupied with plenty to do and stimulate them, the food menus are amazing and well balanced and they take great care of your child’s well-being in so many ways. I wish they’d had facilities like this when my chikdren were small!
