SEND provision

Staff adapt activities and make sure that they are inclusive, which enables all children to participate. Children with SEND and their families are exceptionally well supported. Staff ensure that children access the appropriate support services quickly and work in partnership with other agencies to provide consistent support.

I vent today for the open day with my family and we felt so unwelcome. The lady which the name I can not remember as she did not had a badge was raising the voice to my child not to touch anything and we did not had the chance to see if the little one likes it there or not, she was rude. I was expecting some delicacy in a place like this. I can not say we had a nice chat to honest because I felt very rushed and unwelcome. I did not had the feeling that the staff there is trained, professional or experienced, unfortunately. When I asked for some leaflets I was asked to go online. When I asked about the prices I was said how much it costs but then I was said that they are changing, basically nothing clear. I would definitely not choose this nursery. You should definitely improve the way you are talking and behaving with the ones who choose to pay for your service because your service seems to be extremely low at the first impression.

I can only congratulate the quality of their work. I saw a lot of improvement in the evolution of my daughter. They are welcoming, open and available for all information. We have always had a warm welcome and good treatment. Congratulations to you and good luck. I recommend to all moms.
