Busy Bees Nursery is truly exceptional! From the moment we first visited, I felt such a sense of warmth and trust. The staff are absolutely incredible – patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to really get to know my daughter, understanding her personality, her needs, and the little things that make her feel happy and confident. Every day she would come home full of smiles, excitement, and stories about her friends and activities. It was clear she felt so loved, valued, and secure, which as a parent is the most comforting feeling in the world. The learning activities are fun, creative, and stimulating, and the nurturing environment has helped her grow in confidence and independence. What really stands out about Busy Bees is how much the staff truly care. Not just about education, but about the wellbeing and happiness of each child. They go above and beyond, and it shows. I will always be grateful for the love, support, and dedication they’ve shown. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to any parent looking for a safe, happy, and inspiring place for their little one. Lots of love, Naomi ❤️

Amazing staff they have taken time to get to know my child and her needs, they provide detailed feedback to my child's day, new things they have observed about my child. They are fast in actions to resolved any issues. I never have to worry my child is in there nursery as I know she's safe has a variety of activity that is developing her mind. My child is advanced so they give her activities for her learning age. The staff are so friendly empathetic and kind. They don't just care about your child but also the parents. I am so happy my child is in a nursery where they really care about your child and there social and mental development

If you are looking for a caring, inclusive and diverse nursery, you've found it. The staff at Busy Bees are not just good, they are exceptional. I have sent my 2 kids - very different in terms of need and character - and both have thrived. True, the garden is not an acre but this is south east London and what matters most is the care your kids receive as they start their journey to becoming their own person. I have not once regretted sending my 2 here and as we embark on the next chapter as a family we look back on their time with the Busy Bees Charlton team with gratitude and fondness.

This is a good nursery with many kind people on the team doing a wonderful job with the children in their care. The nursery is relatively new and has now stabilised its processes and is operating well. The premises are rather big in comparison to other nurseries and fresh food is prepared on the premises. There is good variety on the menu and children love it. The management is open to parents' feedback and are working with parents on how to enhance the offer and make it exceptional. Very recommended!

Good Nursery setting with good manager and teachers but the assistant manager is horrible, very rude and disrespectful. She lack what it takes to be a leader, if she finds her next job role it will be good than putting the outstanding job done by other staff members down. If i have to use this Nursery in near future with her presence there, i will NEVER but with her absence, i will definitely use this service again.
