My daughter has been here since she was 5 and a half months. She is now 2 years old and has grown in confidence and independence. The staff are amazing with her, they care so much for her and when she was unwell they were all very concerned. My daughter is always talking about the staff within the nursery at home and she has made some friends who are the talk of my house. I can see the difference in her every day and for that i am truly grateful to all the staff who work at the nursery.
Read on GoogleI can honestly recommend this nursery which my daughter loves. The staff are friendly and professional and you can see they really enjoy what they do. Over the last few months I have noticed developments such as speech (saying more words), confidence and life skills (sharing and social interaction) which I can say the nursery has definately encouraged and supported especially during this challenging Covid-19. The daily menus and updates are so convenient so you are in the loop on what your little one is getting up to!
Read on GoogleMy baby started her first day here. Brought her home and she has serious nappy rash. She is in the same nappy she left in 3 hours earlier. No one bothered in the 3 hours she was there to check her nappy. Very disappointed. If this is how new clients are treated what about existing? The only reason I gave 2 star instead of 1 is the member of staff on the phone was apologetic to my wife and said management would speak to the staff.
Read on GoogleI’m so glad we chose Busy Bees for our daughter. I was very nervous about going back to work and leaving her for the first time but all the staff are so warm, friendly and professional that she was settled and happy to be dropped off within a couple of weeks (and I’d calmed down too!). Whenever I pick her up and get a report on her day, I feel sure that staff genuinely like and are interested in Lyra, which matters a lot to us. I’ve also been really impressed with their organisation and the admin staff are as warm and helpful as everyone else. The children are often out in the lovely new garden roaming about freely, and I think it’s really good for them to spend so much time outside exploring. I’d definitely recommend Busy Bees if you’re trying to find the right spot for your child.
Read on GoogleI am pleased to have found Bussy Bees. All the staff is extremely professional and is clear that they love working with kids. I leave my year old baby without any worries and she loves going to the nursery, her opinion is the one that matters and she gets really excited as soon as she sees the nursery sign.
