Every single person I've interacted with has always been really nice, for a parent dropping their most precious person with a stranger this kindness allows for a feeling of assurance and safety. On top of that the people most closely involved with my child have shown that they actually like him as a person, this has given me another reason to rest assured that he is well taken care of. The activities are great so far in the baby room and Emma has been an absolutely fantastic carer and room manager. From nothing but appearances it looks like the baby room has more going on than the 2 to 3 room. Hoping that Kelsey as the new room manager can bring some of that variety and busy-ness from the bombos room into it.

Read on GoogleMy son has been attending the nursery for about 9 months now, there’s one male imparticular who is very rude towards myself and always seems to be very stressed with the children. Another member of staff told me he was under the influence of drugs however she was under the influence of drugs herself every day around the children. This afternoon I’ve picked my 2 year old up to watch him fall flat on his face and the male who’s always been very rude towards myself was more bothered about the fact id walked into the class and not said hello and asked if he was ok instead of helping my son get up who had clearly hit his face on the floor and was beginning to get upset causing me to have to go over myself and get him. I’ve never had any type of handover with this man he just lets me get my child and doesn’t say nothing about how his day has been. When I drop my son off and he is in the room he gets upset and doesn’t want to be left there! I’ve always seen this man quite aggy and always telling the children off when picking my son up and he is there. I couldn’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors as there is no cameras in the rooms where the children are being ‘looked after’!! Please look into a more friendly setting for your children as mine definitely won’t be coming back!
