We couldn’t be happier with Busy Bees Perivale. Our son had a very difficult experience at his previous nursery in Central London; he cried for nearly two months and never truly settled. Over time, he became shy and anxious around people, which was completely out of character for him. From the moment he started at Busy Bees Perivale, everything changed. We had a very good impression from the first introductory meeting with the team. The staff took the time to get to know him as an individual and supported him gently through the settling-in process. Communication here has been excellent, with frequent and detailed updates throughout the week about the activities in his class, which gives us great reassurance. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing. He settled in less than a week and truly feels like a different child. He is now happy, confident, and excited to go to nursery each day. His language, social skills, and confidence have improved significantly in just a few months. The activities are engaging, well-structured, and clearly support his development in a fun and nurturing way. The care, support, and positive environment at Busy Bees Perivale have made such a meaningful impact on our son and our family. Knowing he feels safe, supported, and happy has given us complete peace of mind. We feel extremely confident and reassured leaving our son in their care. Busy Bees Perivale has exceeded all our expectations, and we are beyond grateful. We would highly recommend Busy Bees Perivale to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and well-run nursery.
Read on GoogleBusy bees Perivale has been great to us. The staff are lovely and really did build a great relationship with myself and my husband which made the whole process so much easier as I am an anxious mum! My sons is always so happy to be going there and I know he’s in great hands, the ladies there are very caring and focus closely on my sons needs from what toys he likes to play with to what book he likes to read and always make sure he is happy and occupied. The nursery itself is clean and bright the garden is spacious and well kept. Overall a fantastic nursery and would recommend.
Read on GoogleMy child went here for a whole year before moving on. I wouldn't send another child there even if I had 20. Manager is a cold woman. Unreceptive. A rubber wall at best. The nursery staff young women are unfriendly and uncaring. There is no warmth, there is no care. My child was coming home filthy from the tip of her hair to the tip of her toes, including her panties inside. Their back garden is filth galore. The entrance is full of spider webs. Every time I was picking up my daughter, these nursery women were on their mobile phones sitting down with the kids left to meander aimlessly around the room.
Read on GoogleI cannot commend the nursery enough. The care and attention that is provided to my baby since day one is really exceptional and the proof is in his happy nature and excitement to go to nursery in the mornings. The baby room has so many sensory areas and is a warm and comfy space for the little ones to play and learn. The staff are very warm and caring of the children and very importantly, the whole nursery is spotless and safe. The food standard is also very high and the children are offered freshly cooked healthy meals every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to any parent wanting a home-from-home for their little ones to learn and play.
Read on GoogleHad to take my daughter out here after it’s unprofessional service and clear lack of leadership. Far to rigid and no flexibility, practitioners should be adapting to children as not all children are the same. This institute and does not do any of this, nor can it give you answers to questions you lose. My daughter has now started Melrose on the hill, an outstanding nursery and it’s very clear to see why! Even though busy bees is at the bottom of my road and convenient, I would never recommend or give my children here. The care is unprofessional and leave a lot to be desired with. I know travel further and pay more but my child and I are completely happy.
