I want to express my sincere gratitude to this nursery on Nursery Practitioner Day. From the very beginning, my son has loved it here. He took his first steps in their wonderful, spacious garden, learns English as a second language (we are Dutch), and comes home every day with new vocabulary, stories, and ideas. The staff are hardworking, dedicated, and truly loving people. I can see and feel that they genuinely care about the children’s well-being and development. They make sure every day is filled with learning, fun, and care, and they keep my husband and me updated with a detailed daily newsletter. This nursery has such a warm, homely atmosphere — it starts the moment we arrive, when my son runs in happily and is always greeted with love and kindness. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this nursery to any family!

My daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton since she was about 1½ and I couldn’t be happier with the care, warmth and support she receives here. This nursery is extra special to me because I also attended it around 20 years ago with Miss Toni as my teacher. It feels like a full circle moment seeing my child grow and thrive in the same environment that had such a positive impact on my own early years. I still remember so much from my time here and I truly believe Buttercups gave me a strong, positive start in life. Now, watching my daughter enjoy her nursery journey, I can see that same nurturing, fun and supportive environment being carried forward. The staff are incredible, attentive, caring and always putting the children first. The nursery has such a warm, family-like feel and I’m so grateful for all that they do. I couldn’t recommend Buttercups Acton more highly.

This nursery is exceptional and I would definitely recommend. The nursery has a small, caring atmosphere and the staff take the time to get to know each and every child. There are plenty of fun activities provided each day to encourage learning and a spacious garden at the back providing plenty of space to play and run around. The nursery manager is fantastic, ever present and very experienced. This is a happy nursery.

My son has recently started at Buttercups Acton and he is doing really well! The staff have worked really hard to help him settle and make him feel comfortable. They have helped us to also feel comfortable when leaving him. I would highly recommend this nursery!

I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for someone to get back to me. I was enquiring about my daughter joining the nursery, but I have only received one response email and have yet to receive any further correspondence from the two other emails I have sent! Including my calls to the head office and the voicemail I left. The customer service is diabolical, you would think a place such as a nursery where we would want to leave our darling children would try their best to be attentive to parents enquiring, or the very least respond to an email (which I gave plenty of time for a response for), such a shame as the reviews boast on how well they’re with children.
