The nursery is open 51 weeks a year, excluding Bank Holidays, with operating hours from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday.

The facility boasts well-resourced playrooms tailored for different age groups, a large kitchen providing meals through Zebedees, and an expansive, secure outdoor play area designed for physical activities and sensory learning.
