Canopy Children's Nursery, located in Wembley, provides a safe and supportive environment for children aged 0-4 years. 30pm, excluding bank holidays and family holidays, the nursery caters to the needs of the local community.
The curriculum is designed to meet the developmental needs of its diverse cohort, many of whom speak English as an additional language. Staff actively incorporate children's home languages into daily activities, using signs and gestures to aid understanding and interaction.
The nursery has a strong focus on language development, with parents noting their children make good progress in speech and language. For children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, staff work closely with parents and professionals to ensure that additional support is in place while awaiting specialist services, helping each child reach their full potential.
Both indoor and outdoor play are integral to the learning experience, encouraging children to explore a wide range of activities, including imaginary play and physical skill development. Leaders have an ambitious vision for children's learning, continuously reflecting on and adapting the provision with children's voices in mind, such as changing sleeping arrangements for babies to create a home-from-home environment.
Children at Canopy Children's Nursery demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and are encouraged to be independent, for example, by pouring their own drinks and setting the table at mealtimes. Ofsted judged Canopy Children's Nursery "Good" in all areas following its inspection on 21st November 2023.

My daughter attended from 13 months. She’s had a wonderful time at this nursery. She has developed so much and the teachers here are lovely (Andrea & Ana) thank you for the all the support!
Read on GoogleOur family had a great experience with this lovely nursery with our 1st son and we plan to start with our 2nd boy there too. Staff is very friendly and take very good care of children, they do lots of fun activities, my son learned so much at this nursery and gained healthy confidence. The director is very helpful and responsive to all the requests and questions. They have fantastic equipment and toys, great outdoor area and we are really looking forward to be part of Canopy again soon.
Read on GoogleHi All, I enrolled my daughter Zarlish in Canopy right after it got started we had a great experience between Nov 2021 to Dec 2022. Then she left the nursery as we have to move to Australia. Some teachers were great like Tamia, and Andrea. ( Zarlish loves them). We had a great experience overall. Rinu the owner was very supportive throughout the process but she was not present all the time. Some teachers were just ok but some were nice too. I can’t comment about the situation now.
Read on GoogleI had a horrible experience with my daughter! Not only she always cried when I left or picked her up. I felt there was not enough attention paid to the kids, being the last drop when I saw my daughter sitting on a male staff crouch!! I reported the nursery and my daughter never went back! The response when I asked to not have male staff taking my daughter to the bathroom before that happen, as she still needed assistance and I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing that part of the work, was very poor. Another time made staff was taking my daughter to the bathroom when there was literally no one near them, no one paying attention. This made me feel really uncomfortable and like there is no one looking so how can they assure my daughters safety?
Read on GoogleMy daughter went to Canopy Nursery since she was 12mo-27mo. Canopy Nursery helps her to grew and learn. She learned how to make a friends, and they helped her to build a good manners. I found some staff are so loving towards Aleesha. 5 stars for the teachers and staff (Alba, Oiane, Zara, Harpreet, Krupa, Tammy, Timea, Andrea, Sofia, Shanice, Jill) they are very welcoming, and they plays such an important role for my daughter's developmental. And staff who always standby in the lobby (sorry I forgot her name, but I never forget her kindness), she's greeting me with a smile and always have a nice thing to said, she's not just "guarding the front door" but she is also paying attention to the kids. I also love how Canopy offer a flexibility in choosing our own schedule. Unfortunately we have to move abroad and leave Canopy. Aleesha misses all of her friends and loving teachers
