We are very happy with the school and the entire staff. We have noticed a great improvement in our son in a short period of time; he feels much more secure, his crying has decreased significantly, he has started eating at school, and he is interacting more and more with his classmates. We are very grateful for all the affection, patience, attention, and support that the teachers and staff offer daily, always making him feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend this school without reservation.

Liz and her team make this nursery a truly wonderful environment for my children. My children are very well cared for, and Liz and her staff are consistently kind, accommodating, and understanding. They always place the children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. I have never had any concerns and feel completely at ease dropping my children off, knowing they are in safe and caring hands.

Two of my children attend here one in baby room and one in pre-school and I have had no issues, I am really happy with the care given to my children and the communication I receive. Both my children love the staff, are well-settled and looked after. I have a very good relationship with the managers who always accomodate my requests. I am pleased with this nursery and would recommend it to others :)

My son has been I this nursery starting in baby room which he loved and the staff were fantastic. After leaving the baby room I have not been happy at all with communication with staff, health and safety issues as my son on many occasions would not be signed in two hrs after he entered the building (if there was a major health and safety issue like a fire, they would not have known that my son was within the building). I do not get frequent observations on my child and sometimes has been a repeat. But the most things that I hate about this nursery and I would never recommend it to any parent for their child is that there is not consistency with their staff as they changes like the British weather. I have complained many times and got no result from their direct manager. I am so upset that I feel like my child may come out of this nursery unable to have good meaningful connections and relationships with other people due to their weight of their staff. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS NUTSRRY.

I will update this review if I change my mind as my daughter hasn’t started yet but she’s starting in couple of days. We are switching from a nursery we weren’t happy with and I was very nervous and anxious about it but the staff were amazing! She has her settling in sessions and she settled so well as she felt she was safe and cared for. I am very happy with the look of the whole nursery and with the staff. So so excited for her to start having fun and learn xx EDIT: After a year I am writing an update. The nursery looks great and collected on the outside but unfortunately very disorganised on the inside. My daughters observations are practically once a year instead of once a week, she comes in a nappy and comes out in the same nappy couple of times, my emails don't get taken serious and replied accordingly, staff completely changed in a year and none of the people are there from when she started, and she's almost 4 and still in toddler room as they don't have space to put her with older children. Very very disappointed. The old manager would somehow rectify for the situation but unfortunately new manager just doesn't seem to care at all.
