The manager and staff are committed to ensuring that any potential concerns about a child's development are identified at the earliest opportunity. They use funding effectively to offer a variety of well-targeted learning experiences which help to quickly close any gaps in children's development. Staff work well with other professionals to help children to reach their full potential.

Outdoor space

Children learn to take appropriate risks to develop their physical skills. For example, they carefully balance over the crates and clamber up and down the lower limbs of the tree. Staff check the play space both inside and outside to ensure all potential hazards are removed.
