Inclusion & environment
Staff routinely discuss and share information about children's individual needs. They found that, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, some children need extra help to develop their social skills.
Children have fun using their physical skills outdoors. They enjoy pushing wheeled toys and show that they are confident climbers as they use climbing apparatus. Children eagerly show visitors their 'bug hotel' and explain how they helped to make it.
My son has a wonderful time at Cherry Tree nursery and can’t wait to start his days there! He comes home so happy and excitedly tells us all about his day and what he got up to. The staff are lovely, very helpful and caring. They also focus on teaching them things like phonics and it’s so lovely to see the progress. Overall a lovely close knit nursery.
Read on GoogleThank you so much to all of the lovely team at Cherry Tree, I was really nervous about my son going to nursery as we spent 15 months together without any days apart and he is also BF so I worried how he would cope without me. I am so pleasantly surprised on how well he is doing, and that is down to the lovely ladies who take such good care of him, I know this because he does not just warm to anyone! They are lovely, bubbly and happy and I feel at ease knowing he is being looked after by them. I love the regular updates I get on the app which they are very consistent with which must be hard when they are looking after multiple children. They even got him to go to sleep which I am still shocked about!! Very happy I chose cherry tree!
Read on GoogleMy son attended from 12 months and had such a lovely experience from day one. The staff genuinely care about the children and form amazing bonds with them, as well as providing a home-from-home nursery setting. They take great care of the children and provide lots of engaging activities including baking, dancing, lots of crafts and even little trips out to the park. My son loved it there and became such a confident, caring and friendly little boy under the care of Cherry Tree. Thank you!!
Read on GoogleOur child loves going to Cherry Tree. All the staff are very caring, and they create a real bond with the children. It is a great place for little ones and kids are introduced to lots of activities appropriate for the age. Our child likes the baking, the trips to the park and the variety of crafts. The garden is generous and provides enough space for outdoor activities throughout the year when weather permits. We highly recommend!
Read on GoogleMy kids attend Cherry Tree and we've had a great experience in the year that we have been there. It's a smaller nursery which means the staff get to know the kids well and they can pay lots of attention to the kids. Everyone has been very accommodating with allergies and special needs, and I feel very supported by the nursery. I recommend!
