From the very first day, I knew Chestnut Nursery (Sue Bramley) was the right choice for my child. At 2 years and 9 months, he joined Class 2 and settled in incredibly fast ,much faster than I expected. This alone shows how warm, caring, and supportive the environment is. The manager, Madeeha, is a wonderfully kind and approachable lady. She is always supportive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of every child. Her calm and friendly attitude gives parents so much reassurance every single day. The Class 2 staff are exceptional ,patient, loving, and truly dedicated. They pay close attention to each child’s needs, communicate clearly with parents, and create a safe, positive, and stimulating routine. I can clearly see how comfortable and happy my child feels there through his behaviour, confidence, and the way he goes in with ease every day. The nursery is clean, well-organised, and offers a wide range of activities that support children’s development socially, emotionally, and academically. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and supportive place for their little one. We are truly grateful for everything they do!

As parents — and as one of us being an experienced teacher with over 10 years in primary education — we cannot speak highly enough of Sue Bramley Chesnut Nursery. From the very beginning, the manager and deputy manager were welcoming, informative, and incredibly supportive, which made the whole process of enrolling our son smooth and reassuring. Since starting at the nursery, we’ve seen such wonderful progress in our son’s communication skills and confidence. The baby room practitioners deserve special recognition for the love, patience, and care they show every day. It’s clear that they genuinely value each child and work hard to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. We are especially happy with his primary carers and all the staff who look after him. We feel truly comforted knowing that he is being cared for, well-fed, and loved in our absence. The smile on his face and the excitement he shows when he sees his key worker say it all — he feels safe, happy, and secure, and as parents, we couldn’t ask for more. I also really appreciate the regular updates I receive — from details about his meals and nappy changes to photos of the activities he enjoys throughout the day. As first-time mum and a working parent, being able to call and check in about his progress whenever needed has been a huge comfort and provided much peace of mind. Overall, we’re so happy with the entire team at Sue Bramley Chesnut Nursery. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly shine through. Speaking as a teacher from an outstanding school, I can confidently say that I have seen many aspects of outstanding care and practice here — and we believe Sue Bramley Chesnut is well on its way to achieving that official recognition very soon.

I wouldn’t know where to start to rave about Sue Bramley! My child has attended for almost 3 years and the best decision I’ve made was enrolling her here! The staff in the room have been amazing in supporting her grow, she’s become more confident and loves coming in. The management team especially Madeeha has gone out of their way to support me in applications and hearing me out when I need it. Cannot recomend this nursery more!!!
