Read on GoogleExcellent experience! I definitely recommend to anyone
Read on GoogleBefore enrolling my son in a day nursery, I often heard negative experiences from friends and family, which naturally made me hesitant about leaving him in someone else’s care. However, from the moment we had our walkaround and introduction to Clever Clogs in Belmont, my concerns disappeared. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and clarity shown by every member of staff. Tasha was the first person who made a remarkable and positive impact on our overview of the nursery and with whom our child would in the care of. In those early days, when my son was reluctant to go in, she offered exceptional support and reassurance. Even now, whenever we mention her name at home, he lights up with the biggest smile — a true reflection of her wonderful personality and the positive influence she is having on him. I also want to express sincere appreciation for Nicole, my son’s key person. Over the months, his speech, vocabulary, and even his tone of expression have improved significantly. Each conversation I’ve had with Nicole has shown me how attentive, consistent, and genuinely invested she is in his development. It’s clear that her involvement has played a major role in his growth and confidence. Sharon has also had a noticeable impact on his listening skills and overall learning. During drop-offs and pick-ups, I can see how engaged he is with her guidance. She is always friendly, patient, and informative — taking the time to explain his achievements and suggest areas we can explore further at home. I never feel rushed when sharing stories about his progress, and I truly appreciate that. Lately I’ve often been introduced to Sarah, and even though we’ve not quite built that relationship yet, I can see the compassion, care, and the support that she is offering to my boy. This is another proof that the nursery truly cares about the kids there and they genuinely build a relationship based on knowledge, trust, and care. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and the nursery experience. I often say that I could never have taught my son to the level he has reached today — and continues to reach — without the dedication of the staff at Clever Clogs. He has made friends, built meaningful early relationships, learned numbers, letters, drawing (Definitely not his forte), counting, crafts, and even wrote his name this Easter. And not only that our little boy’s knowledge grows during his time there, but he is also growing into a polite little boy (As much as a 4 year old can) where he will correct our mistakes, can professionally win an argument (with us), and encourages us to say more often “please”, “thank you”, and as he puts it “SAY EXCUSE ME!” Every time I walk into the nursery, I feel happy and reassured knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him — and whom he cares about in return. It’s clear from his smile that he feels safe, supported, and excited to be there. A massive thank you from us for taking such wonderful care of our little boy — and hopefully soon, his baby brother as well. And also THANK YOU to all the staff members for being so amazing!
