SEND provision

When children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) need a cuddle, their key person holds them close, gently rubbing their back to soothe them. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable manager demonstrates a clear intent for all children's learning to prepare them for school, including those with SEND.

My son Elliot joined when he was 2 not having been around many children previously because of COVID and an area relocation, the staff are incredible with my boy, he's a wild child and is hyper,struggles to listen but they have helped him overcome so many things like getting him to sit for longer periods of time to eat his food and trying to get him to engage with other children, his social skills have come a long way,he is always excited to attend and always comes out so happy! I was so worried about him being misunderstood like he was in previous places but they have done nothing but make me feel like a good mom and accept his wild adventurous nature, thankyou to all the staff in baby room and toddler room for always being so kind ❤️

Not satisfied as staff wasn't really helpful with settling sessions, it last 1 hour one day, and half an hour next day, my baby wasn't really ready and they didn't allow me to be there for even 5 mins. I've been told it's not stay&play, even I told them that she is very sensitive and HNB, they didn't allow me to help her out. It finished with asthma attacks. They stated they got "flexible approach" to children but they apparently not.
