How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff work closely with parents and other professionals such as speech and language therapists. This means all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress in their learning and development, particularly in their communication and language development. The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Outdoor space

Children have constant access to activities that allow them to learn through experimentation, both indoors and outdoors. Staff read a story about a bear to children outdoors to inspire their imagination and develop a sense of the natural and creative world around them.

Such a wonderful playschool, I have found that each member of staff has so much care and compassion for the children - no matter what age of the child or what area the staff is. They are quick to fix any issues a child may be having and will work alongside the parents to get the best results. I feel my child is safe and well looked after when here. My daughter was anxious going here at the start but with great thanks and hard work from the team, she is so excited to go and play with her friends at Playschool and even asks to go when it's her day off. Simply wonderful.

My son, Karim, started attending Montessori Day Nursery in February 2024, and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care and support we’ve received. From the very beginning, all the staff – especially Miss Sharifa, Coral, Olena, and every other wonderful team member – have been nothing short of amazing. They are kind, patient, and genuinely loving towards the children. When Karim first started, he was shy, emotional, and found it difficult to settle in. But within just two weeks, we saw a beautiful transformation. He began to feel safe, welcomed, and loved. Now, he wakes up every day excited and happy to go to nursery, which means the world to me as a parent. The environment at the nursery is always clean, bright, and welcoming. I’ve also noticed the food provided is always fresh and well-balanced – Karim enjoys his meals there, which is a bonus! Beyond the care they give to the children, I personally received emotional support from the nursery during a difficult time in my life. The warmth and compassion I received from the staff helped me more than words can say. They supported not just my son, but me as well – and for that, I will always be thankful. Every time I walk into the nursery, I’m greeted with smiles and kindness. The team truly creates a nurturing space for both children and their families. From the moment I enrolled, I knew I was making the right choice. Your nurturing approach and professionalism have exceeded my expectations beyond measure. It gives me immense comfort knowing my child is in a safe and stimulating environment, learning, growing, and receiving personal care and attention. Every evening, my child is so happy and engaged that she don't want to leave - a clear sign of how much she absolutely love being at your nursery.
