30pm on weekdays, all year round, providing comprehensive care for children aged 0-4 years. The setting provides a broad curriculum, which leaders have designed to be ambitious and prepare children for the next steps in their education.
Children are observed to be excited and confident as they explore their environment, engaging in a range of activities. Older children enjoy outdoor equipment to develop their physical skills, and leaders are actively improving the outdoor learning space.
The nursery places a high value on children's personal, social and emotional development, with staff effectively managing transition times to ensure children feel secure. Staff are skilled in supporting babies' communication skills through conversation and encouraging older children to share their experiences.
The nursery ensures many opportunities for children to engage with books and stories, utilising sleep pods for cosy reading areas and linking activities to texts. Echoes Childcare is particularly adept at identifying and supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Staff and leaders collaborate with external agencies and use additional funding to offer increased staff ratios and new resources, helping children with SEND to make good progress. Leaders are reflective in their practice, consistently evaluating and improving the service, providing staff with ongoing training and mentoring.

Inclusion & environment
Staff and leaders identify and support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They help children to develop their social skills and provide additional activities. Leaders are proactive in contacting external agencies to access further support and use extra funding to meet individual needs, such as increased staff ratios and new resources. Children with SEND make good progress from their starting points.
Older children practise physical skills as they climb on the outdoor equipment. Leaders are developing the outdoor area to meet the needs of children following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Not a bad thing to say about Echoes, they go above and beyond and my son loves going there. He has also come on so much with his development since attending.
