How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and disadvantaged children do not consistently receive precisely targeted support, leading to varied progress. Leaders and staff do not always consider individual needs during adult-led activities for these children, and adaptations are not applied reliably across all rooms.

Outdoor space

When outdoor play is unavailable, indoor provision does not consistently prioritise gross motor development, which means some children may miss important experiences for their well-being.

We’ve had a great experience with Eliana Bilingual Nursery. Our son has been attending since September 2025, and in just four months we’ve seen excellent progress in his communication skills and overall development. Having recently moved from Berlin, he didn’t initially speak English, so we were a little concerned about how he would adapt. Thanks to his quick learning and the wonderful support from the teachers and carers, he has picked up English remarkably well and now communicates confidently for his age. The atmosphere is warm and nurturing, and the team is very supportive and accommodating, even with last-minute requests. The daily updates through the app are reassuring and informative. We’re so happy with the care and learning that we plan to move him to full-day attendance soon.

My daughter started the baby room in August 2021. This was her first nursery experience and it was so warm and enriching. The nursery staff were so welcoming and really helped her settle her so I could return to work with an easy mind. She loves going to the nursery and has had the pleasure of growing with all the teachers at the setting! Whenever I come there is a warm feeling, all the staff are friendly. I always feel comfortable and safe leaving my daughter. Thank you very much, Eliana Nursery!

My son has been attending Wembley branch since November of last year, and the management has been nothing short of incredibly supportive and accommodating. The teachers are warm, welcoming, and build excellent connections with the children. I moved my child from Montessori Wembley Park, and I must say, it was the best decision I have ever made.

I highly recommend Eliana Nursery to everyone! The staff is incredibly friendly, supportive, and always kept us updated. Ms. Dalila is especially wonderful—she goes above and beyond to provide everything a mom could ask for. Our experience has been fantastic!
