Having worked at this nursery in the past, I can confidently say that the staff and environment are incredible. The children are genuinely happy, well cared for, and nurtured in a safe and stimulating space. I’ve seen firsthand the love and attention given to each child, with staff always making sure their needs are met, whether it’s feeding, changing, or simply offering comfort. It’s unfortunate to see such negative claims, as they do not reflect the high standards I know this nursery upholds. This review seems more like a malicious attempt to discredit the nursery because things haven’t gone their way, rather than an honest reflection of the care provided. From my experience, the team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a wonderful place for their children.

Fantastic nursery. My little one (7 months old) loves it. The staff are amazing and helped my child settle with lots of cuddles, regular feedback and lots of snacks, which seem to go down a treat with my little one. My eldest went to the Mia Rose nursery in Lydney which is also excellent. We chose Ellwood this time for the Forest Schools as we love that. Would definitely recommend this nursery, thanks you guys.

Worst nursery in the forest! Our 7 month baby was fed just 10oz of milk in a day, came home starving bless him, and our 19 month came home with a soiled nappy, sore bum and was only given a slice of bread for food, and 3 veggie sticks all day (never seen her eat so fast when she got home) was there for a total of 4 days and got 1 blossom report back that was also inaccurate. The standard of care for the children is disgusting. The baby room is more suited for a teenager than a baby. They don't pick babies up when they are crying (it's a rule they have) And on top of all of that they want to charge us £1400 for the 4 days they was there! I cannot speak for the care of children over 2 but if you are looking for somewhere to have you under 2's I urge you not to come here!
