My son and neice have both been in Elmhouse West Derby since they was 1, they are now 3 and have loved there time at this nursery. They run in every morning with a massive smile. The staff are caring and motherly. Some in particular are Maria and Sarah who went above and beyond for our children when they needed it most. Our children's development improves every week here. We have to take them out to go to school nursery and we are sad to have to move them on. My youngest son will 100 percent be coming when he's ready for nursery. Thank you Elm House and all the amazing Staff! Jess, Lois Othello and Aurora

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for my baby Ella. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. The environment is warm, safe, and nurturing, and it’s clear that they truly care about Ella and her individual needs. Ella is delayed in her speech and has some alignment with the broad spectrum of Asd. Me and mum voiced this to the staff who couldn't be more supportive. The SENCO Maria has been incredible. She has been so supportive and has supported Ella with the extra help she needs from 3rd party persons including a speech and language therapist and SENISS. The third party staff themselves have privately spoke about how exemplary the staff and nursery are in comparison to anywhere they know. We have had multiple meetings with Maria and Stacey who is Ella's key person who keep us informed on progress, helpful steps for us to try and information we have at home so we are all working towards the same goal and help each other where possible. As mentioned, Stacey works directly with Ella in the room as her key person and has lots of experience in this field. I know first hand she checks in on Ella even on her days off just to give you an idea of how amazing she is and all of the staff are in the baby room and generally around the nursery. All of the women in the room Whitney, Jodie, Charlie, Sarah and Stacey have worked really hard to have Ella settle as quickly as possible. Extra hours and effort were suggested by the staff again, where possible to have a more seamless transition from home for Ella. Of course progress is a key determinant of the success of the nursery and me and mum have seen Ella blossom since starting here. With mini goals set personalised to best assist Ella we have seen her grow into a much more sociable child, who is now far more attentive, patient and understanding. It’s so reassuring to know she is in such capable hands. The activities are engaging, and I love the way they encourage her development in a fun and loving manner. I couldn’t ask for a better place for Ella to learn, grow, and make new friends. Highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for quality care!

The staff at Deysbrook are a group of fabulous ladies!! They are each personable & professional, individually having a fabulous relationship with my daughter & helping her advance & progress in every area. My daughter has hemiplegia & I believe is the only child with a disability to attend to the nursery. The staff have been adaptive & supportive, liaising with the team of professionals my daughter works with on a regular basis. The nursery has a homely and comfortable feel making you instantly feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for the team & they are incredibly flexible, understanding & patient.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was a baby, she has been in the baby room till preschool. The nursery staff are brilliant they give you feedback or any more information you require they will always give it to you, they are professional and are very reliable. My daughter loves going here and she is always excited to go. They are are transparent with you. I have seen so much progress in my little one and I only have them to thank. The manager and staff are very friendly and even when you have problems they help you and assist you. If my daughter could stay here till high school I would do so in a heart beat.

This is such a lovely nursery, the staff are fantastic and immediately put my own anxieties about leaving my son at ease! My little one started a couple of weeks ago and has already settled in so well, he's happy and always talks about his friends and keyworker who he adores! I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
