Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are extremely well supported. The provider and staff use their excellent knowledge of child development and individual children to identify and provide the correct support, working hard to involve other relevant professionals. Parents are overwhelmed by the support and comment on the useful strategies they use at home, leading to the best possible progress for children with SEND.
My son started at Explorosity in the Baby Room in January 2020. He absolutely loves it. We looked at a lot of other nurseries in the area before deciding on this one when it opened - it is, in my opinion, the best nursery by a long way. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean and homely, the activities they do with the children are educational yet fun and the work they do with the residents of a local care home is extremely commendable. I cannot recommend this nursery enough - if you haven't considered it then make an appointment and see how good it is for yourself!
Read on GoogleAmazing nursery! Owners are lovely people trying to provide the community with outstanding childcare. The nursery itself is stunning, everything has been thought of and the setting and staff are exceptional. After sending my son to various different nurseries across town, I am thrilled he is joining Explorosity Education. It’s highly unfair that people who have never used the nursery have decided to comment negatively due to a trivial disagreement.
Read on GoogleMy daughter started here at 6 months due to me returning to uni and I wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else now! All the babies keep very busy with different activities such as bread making, painting, planting seeds and so much more. The home books are lovely to read each session to see what she has been up too but also get a journal that include an overview of the month including pictures that is all very personal and a fantastic keepsake. My little girl has an allergy to milk but the setting have been very inclusive providing free from snacks and meals and making sure any activities (such as the bread making) were milk free too ensure my little one didn’t miss out! There has always been great contact through the setting and myself really bridging the gap between home and setting and allowing myself to feel more at ease having to leave my baby. The setting does a lot activities incorporating holidays into their theming and work so far we have celebrated Valentine’s Day, pancake day, world book day and coming up to Mother’s Day which is wonderful to have things to bring home made and decorated by my daughter! What caught my eye the most when looking round was the homely environment and I really feel it is settling especially for the younger babies. Honestly couldn’t recommend the nursery enough every time I have picked my daughter up she has been well cared for and enjoyed her day!
Read on GoogleMy daughter has attended this nursery since January and I would not send her anywhere else. Eleanor and all her staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. I love reading my daughters little book which is filled in every day about all the new things she has been doing and learning. Fantastic nursery.....keep up the good work.
Read on GoogleSuch an amazing nursery. My two children attend this nursery and love it so much and look forward to going every day. They have learnt so much already since starting here. This is such an inspiring nursery other nurseries have pinched their ideas. Just a pity about the moaning neighbours and parish council hindering a business that actually provides jobs not only directly but letting local mums and dads go back to work therefore putting money in to the local economy
